Group Trail Rides
MotoFox offers 3 levels of group trail rides; Green, Blue or Red Trail Riding. To enquire about joining a ride use the Contact Us Box below or you can book online on our Ride Bookings page.
Green Routes
Get ready for an exhilarating adventure designed for adventure bike novices or riders who have been tarmac only travellers until now! Whether you're riding a Royal Enfield Himalayan, Honda CB500X, Honda CRF300L/Rally, KTM390 Adventure, or Yamaha Tenere 700, this is your chance to explore beyond the paved roads. Join us for an unforgettable ride through stunning back roads and lush green lanes, perfect for those new to off-road riding. While you can use road-oriented tires like Metzeler Tourance or Michelin Anakee Adventure, opting for more dirt-friendly tires will elevate your handling as we tackle those thrilling unsealed surfaces!
Suitable for those with tarmac experience, a great introduction before you take on the Trail Skills Day.
Blue Routes
ready for an exciting adventure! These trail rides are designed for those with some experience. we Will take you on challenging trails, building on the experience gained in the Green ride, although we recommend taking on the coached trail skills day to bridge the gap.
Ideal bikes for this thrilling experience are focused trail or enduro bikes, featuring a single cylinder engine, a 21" front wheel, and knobbly tires. If you have a dirt-focused adventure bike like the Yamaha Tenere 700 or KTM 890 Adventure, you can join in too, but be prepared for a bit more effort due to the extra weight. If you're unsure, we recommend starting on the Green Routes to get comfortable! The ride kicks off on flowing trails and ramps up in excitement as the day unfolds!
Red Routes
Ready to take your skills to the next level! If you're ready to move beyond the blue routes or have some solid experience in green lanes, this ride is perfect for you! You'll tackle trails that demand greater skill and adventure.
We recommend using focused trail or enduro bikes with knobby tires to conquer those rocky climbs and muddy ruts.
Don't forget, enduro or MX-style boots are highly recommended to protect those ankles!
